I am the proud mother of two athletic, funny, smart boys and the stepmom to my husband, Tim’s wonderful son and daughter. My career has been as a government attorney, which I have been doing for over 22 years. My favorite place to spend time would be a stream with moss-covered rocks in the woods or basically any National Park. I am an exercise enthusiast and enjoy teaching cycling and yoga as well as competing in adventure races and triathlon. I am a beekeeping, gardening, baker who loves to read and pretty much do anything outside (a hike with Tim in a National Park is nirvana!). I love trying new things and can’t wait to share my projects on Persimmonlife!

Like Amy, Tasha is a lawyer working in Maryland. She lives with her husband Beau, his daughter, Caroline, and 3 very strong-willed dogs in the suburbs. She is expecting her first child, Will, in January 2022. She enjoys reading, cooking, biking, jogging and long walks through Costco. She spends her days in court and her nights at home watching murder mysteries and documentaries about serial killers. If she were trapped on a remote island, she would need the following to survive: green smoothies, a play list of all country music, juicy fruit gum, and good floss. Her dream is to run a senior dog rescue and live near a beach. Other than Facebook, this is her first attempt at writing publicly.
